I’ve started my experience in IXLA by playing a role in Procurement and Production Planning. My responsabilities included:• Spearheaded procurement activities, collaborating with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of materials.• To identify potential suppliers and evaluate their performance• To implement cost-effective strategies that optimized resource allocation and minimized supply chain disruptions.• To use the company's management system to develop comprehensive production plans, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while meeting production targets.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, set inventory levels, and establish production schedules that aligned with customer requirements• Monitored production processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to enhance overall production efficiency.Then my role in IXLA changed and now I’m fully dedicated to Customer Service.This multifaceted experience has equipped me with a holistic understanding of supply chain dynamics, from procurement to production and customer service. I hope that these abilities to seamlessly transition between these functions demonstrate versatility, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering results across the entire operational spectrum.

During my experience at OCAP Company, I played a role in managed customer accounts, processed orders, and ensured accurate and timely delivery of products, fostering strong client relationships.
