Senior Lighting Designer

At Voltaire Lighting Design I have the opportunity to work on different project types: shops, concept stores, supermarkets, private houses, hotels, offices and much more.I follow each project from concept to completion, coordinating each step also with architects, clients and suppliers.

I worked on my own projects and I had an active role in all other small and large scale jobs (hospitality, residential, retail). I designed most of the custom fixtures to be produced by local artisan. I have travelled for site visit (Australia, China, Indonesia). I was also in charge to stay in contact with several manufacturers to be updated on novelties and to find interesting products.

I developed and industrialized new products, taking care of the fixtures from the concept stage until the actual production, including prototype, certification, packaging and graphic design of the documentation. I kept up to date traded products and created, on request, special fittings. I was also involved in the design of lighting installations and special events.

I designed event and exhibition stands for international fairs. I was also involved in medical design, studying human percentile and developing tools suitable for different type of persons.

I produced technical drawings to engineer mechanical parts, moulds, machines. I was following also the production stage to supervise the quality/usability of each product.
