- Project management for the development and implementation of the strategic line and of publishing and performance projects on web, social media and digital PR industry.- Daily management of the relationship with our clients and companies of the IPG group; team work coordination (team composed of 10 people), briefing, plannig, reporting.

My goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap, refining the skills acquired in the past in an international environment and working with other digital marketing channels, as SEA, SEO, Programmatic, DEM, etc.

I manage local and global Social Networks advertising campaigns (specially on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn), for the agency costumers, in particular:plan the optimal strategy for achieving the objectives (social channels, budget and KPIs, target, advertising planning, etc.);set up campaigns; real time monitoring of the performance and the implementation to improve the results, in order to achieve the KPIs;creation of an ad hoc reports (Excel or presentation software). I manage directly most of the clients.

Analysis and monitoring of Online Brand Reputation of companies through the most important Social Media Monitoring platforms (Eg: Blogmeter, Radian6). I fulfill their set up too. I look after the elaboration of periodic quantitative and qualitative reports.

Reporting, analysis and use of information systems in the company such as Siebel and SAP - BW to support the Business Intelligence team to draft the management Useful documents.
