In short, and in the words of Toni Morrison, I "do language." My storytelling work is centered on amplifying the voices of Black youth, and highlighting the experiences of Black elders. I am passionate about communal learning, digital storytelling, and accessible critical literacy. As a result, I continue to be a lover of all things storytelling: classroom discussions, podcasts, good TV shows, documentaries, kitchen-table conversations, YouTube videos, teach-in's, and so much more.
