Elisa is passionate about purpose-driven leadership and transformation. Her purpose is to empower leaders to grow into their full potential and intentionally transform their environment and fulfil their purpose.Elisa has over 15 years experience as consultant and coach in developing and steering change management, strategy development, culture transformation and leadership development projects, both in the corporate world as well as in the start-up and non-profit space. Her vision is to see more intentional purpose-driven change and shift of mindset in organizations and society.Elisa is passionate about helping leaders to lead purpose-driven change and positively transform their teams and organisations. She coaches executives and leadership teams to embrace new leadership cultures that positively impact trust, collaboration and high performance. She supports and challenges leaders to grow in their character and people leadership skills as well as helping them navigate their strategic and organisational challenges. Elisa is a qualified systemic coach, a certified Myers-Briggs (MBTI) practitioner as well as intercultural coach. As keynote speaker she inspires and moves audiences into action. She is also passionate about supporting upcoming leaders and women in leadership to unlock their full potential and connect to their purpose.Elisa holds a MA (hons) in International Communication Management from the University of The Hague, Netherlands and a BA in Foreign Languages and Cultures from the University of Turin, Italy. She is author of the book “Making Virtual Real: how to lead global teams across distance” (2016). She is Managing Director at IGNITE& - a change management and leadership consulting boutique based in London – and Partner at Doujak Corporate Development, a consulting firm based in Vienna. She is part of the faculty at the Leadership College London, leads the LCL Coaching Network and teaches as guest lecturer at the London School of Economics. Besides consulting, coaching and teaching, Elisa holds different leadership functions as trustee and board member in different Christian non-profit organizations and she is the director of a charity registered in the UK. Elisa brings "real-life" experience in cross-cultural settings and experience in intercultural coaching and trainings. Born and raised in Italy, Elisa has lived in the USA, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Germany and currently lives in London with her husband and two daughters. She is fluent in English, German, Italian and French.
