SORMAS (Surveillance Outbreak Response Management and Analysis System) for COVID-19 was developed by the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research (HZI) for detection and control of the virus in 2020. SORMAS is an integrated software for complete case and contact person management. My task was to conduct digital training courses for German Health Offices to ensure that SORMAS was used in as many German Health Offices as possible by spring 2021.
