Elisabeth is a museum practitioner with over 15 years of experience in arts-based education and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Education at the Mississippi Museum of Art, and Director of Learning & Practice at the museum's Center for Art & Public Exchange (CAPE). Prior to that role, Elisabeth served as the Head of Multi-Generational Learning at the Minneapolis Institute of Art where she oversaw public programs for lifelong learners and community engagement. She is the co-founder of the Museum As Site for Social Action (MASS Action) project, and has written extensively on the topic of museum practice, community partnerships, equity, and social justice.
