CurrentSuccessfully deliver projects on time and within budget, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Foster collaboration with customer service representatives, sales associates, clients, front/back-end developers, programmers, production teams, office administrators, and various professionals to craft media for clients and ensure seamless production workflows.Translate client requirements and brand strategies into design approaches, involving research, content creation, and editing to develop comprehensive portfolios on behalf of clients.Carefully choose colors, fonts, imagery, layouts, and other design elements to effectively convey messages and create visual materials, while adhering to provided client graphic standards when applicable.Possess the ability to critically assess choices, always keeping customer needs at the forefront.Conduct thorough proofreading and prepare client-provided artwork, offering necessary edits before submission to the production department.Generate digital imagery for emails, newsletters, social media, website enhancements, and e-commerce platform content.Address and troubleshoot system and print issues as they arise.Assume a leadership role in managing large client projects and perform data analysis to ensure artwork/system/client files are correctly identified/updated.Prepare files for both in-house and external vendors/printers, ensuring that print-ready materials meet the highest quality standards and the specific requirements of the desired print output (CMYK, PMS, Raster, Vector, Screen Printing, etc.).Develop and program electronic documentation for internal and external use, utilizing tools such as Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, WordPress, and WPForms.Create and refine presentations, sales sheets, marketing materials, and more, catering to the needs of management, sales staff, and customer representatives.
