Here at Pamper Clinic one of my main tasks is to complete thorough skin consultations and develop customised skincare & treatment plans using Artisan’s hand crafted software “Cosmedcloud”. At Pamper Clinic we stock The Skincare Company’s retail products and use their professional range. I perform a variety of light and laser based therapies including laser hair reduction, skin resurfacing, pigment removal and vascular treatments using a range of machines including Venus Velocity 810nm diode laser, Cutera Cool Light 1064nm, Solta’s Fraxel (1927nm/1550nm) & Clear and Brilliant devices and Lumecca’s 515nm/580nm IPL. I also perform a range of facial and body treatments using the Ultraformer III, HydraFacial , Dermapen aswell as the classic microdermabrasion, peels & LED.

My main role is providing exceptional customer service by identifying customers' needs and assisting with general enquiries, via the phone and face-to-face. I am involved in replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels of both retail and dispensary stock. I also have experience in the setting up and merchandising of promotional displays. I'm able to assist in the day-to-day running of the dispensary including adminstration tasks, scripts in and out and the dispensing of prescriptions.

These plans are tailored to the customer's needs, budget and lifestyle requirements. I use two lasers here at the clinic. I perform laser hair reduction treatments using a Diode 810nm laser aswell as using the Dual-Yellow laser (511 & 578nm) to treat a variety of aesthetic skin concerns including vascular and pigment changes. I also providing general reception and customer services duties including answering phones, receiving and putting out stock, cleaning and other OHS requirements.
