In this role, my focus is revenue and contra revenue accounts for ARDx; $4B+ in volume. I prepare, post, and review journal entries, reconcile accounts, and review/analyze accounts and financials.

This was a full-cycle accounting role at a mid-sized manufacturing company. I worked directly under the controller. I prepared and posted journal entries, reconciled accounts, and managed month-end close. I also reviewed journal entries and transactions for the accounts payable and collections departments. I had one staff that worked with me, and I was responsible for assigning and reviewing their work.

In this role, I stepped in to fill the Finance Manager role at a small non-profit, FACIL. FACIL provides support and resource development for 15 Centers for Independent Living (CILs) throughout Florida.I managed all aspects of this organizations finance and accounting needs. This includes full-cycle accounting, budgetary planning, financial report creation and presentation, tax filings, and correspondence with the state-wide centers. This was a 'many hats' position.

At RSM, I worked as a tax associate for two years. I prepared tax returns for Individuals, LLCs, Corporations, and Partnerships.

I held this role while completing my Master's coursework at FSU. I prepared tax returns for Individuals, LLCs, and Partnerships. Additionally, I created year-end payroll tax forms, and monthly sales tax filings for clients. I also held administrative duties such as schedule, organizing, and answering phones.
