With my master in political science I have 15 years of experience working with development projects within the social sector and the health sector. Making ideas unfold to concrete projects with the voice of users taken into account. Cross sectorial efforts of collaboration between municipalities and hospitals have opened my eyes to the beauty of the approach on "Relational Coordination" and the importance of thorough methodological reflections as a project leader.I am highly analytical, empathetic and I speak three languages fluently Danish, Spanish and English.With my newly acquiered master in counseling (marriage and family) I offer great tools for new parents and for marriages to thrive. Moreover I am working with creating healthy boundaries and the processes of grief recovery. I have lived in Ecuador for three years and in USA for one year and have developed a cultural sensitivity.

The coordination was aimed at improving communication and internal work processes at the hospital as well as in the junction between the primary and secondary sector. This was relevant as the municipalities would take over the care when the women after giving birth would return to their homes. The efforts directed toward the obese pregnant women prooved to make a significant difference for the well- being of the babies. -
