-Provide production services for the Stageverse app including but not limited to: sprint planning, backlog grooming, jira management, running standups, tracking sprint progress, creating production schedules, coordinating team meetings, scheduling build reviews/playtests-Provide QA support: identify bugs, assist with verification and reproducing issues-Make updates to content via our CMS (Contentful) to support live operations and future releases-Provide support for general operations such as purchases for hardware, software and assets/plugins, license management, and onboarding/offboarding team members

-Lead Content Producer on an unannounced location based experience (LBX)-Own and manage production schedules and scope-Work with PM and Senior Producer to manage budget and track expenses-Provide weekly reporting on project status and risks to leadership team-Work with project leads to resolve issues and blockers for the team-Use agile methodologies to run production on projects-Work with internal software team to address platform issues affecting the project-Manage and oversee contractors and outsourcing partners throughout development including contract negotiation, tracking deliverables, and resolving issues

-Acted as production lead during Senior Producer’s absence -Created and maintained production schedules and managed scope-Used agile and waterfall methodologies to run production-Worked with project leads to resolve issues and blockers for the team-Provided weekly reporting on project status and risks to leadership team-Tracked open bugs and worked with the team to prioritize-Collaborated with internal software teams to address open issues-Worked with legal, marketing and software teams throughout the app clearance process-Ensured compliance with submission requirements (ie. TRC’s) for ML app store -Worked with marketing on launch strategy and timelines-Managed the post-launch update release plan-Managed vendors, tracked deliverables and resolved any issues that arose-Liaised with project partners to communicate progress and incorporate feedback-Delegated tasks to the Production Coordinator and assisted in managing their workload-Responsible for all project purchasing and expenses
