Hi, my name is Elisabeth Greitz. I earned by degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Florida with a minor in Physics in the spring of 2020. In my time at UF, I was the Vice President of Safety and Compliance and Vice President of Industrial and Systems Engineering for Gatorloop in my time at UF, in addition to participating in build groups to further my mechanical and electrical knowledge and adding a Physics minor to be able to further my industrial engineering knowledge to a more tangible, engineering environment. I have completed the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World (2016-2017) and a Manufacturing internship at Aerojet Rocketdyne (2018). In my time at Disney, I was able to creating last soft skills and efficiency skills as a Cast Member in Quick Service Food and Beverage, while also furthering my knowledge of Disney Mechanical and Industrial outside of work at Disney EnginEARing events. At Aerojet Rocketdyne, I was able to learning from the technicians on the floor and see a real life flow of operations in the production of the RL-10 engine. I was able to contribute to this flow by creating accurate scheduling flow charts and designing 3D printed pieces to ensure our technicians remained free of harm. I completed an internship and began a full time role in the Supplier Quality Assurance department at Bell in the summer of 2019 and summer of 2020, respectively. In my internship, I was successful in creating a MS Access application and database, while also interfacing within the distribution center to bring accurate and quick responses to our fellow employees and our suppliers. In my full time role, I routinely interfaced with over 100 suppliers as their Bell representative, completing audits to ensure their compliance with Bell and government standards and fostering movement and completion of Root Cause Corrective Action. I am now currently looking for my next opportunity to further apply and grow my knowledge of Quality, Industrial Systems, and Supply Chain in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I have basic knowledge of SolidWorks, and I am proficient in VB.Net and VBA in Excel. I have deep knowledge of SAP, Enovia, Visiprise and Qlikview.
