I consider myself a musician and artist, but, most importantly, an educator. I have been in the music education profession since 2013. I firmly believe in utilizing kindness and creativity to foster young minds. Children learn best when they are enabled to succeed though a teacher's gentle encouragement and are provided with creative inspiration. We need to provide students with access to music because of it's many valuable qualities.We need music for young minds now more than ever.I believe in setting a wholesome and positive example for students through my actions and behaviors. Music is therapeutic, and we need to show the next generation how to use it's cathartic power to become more sensitive, creative, intuitive, and all around more rounded as humans.
