I am an extremely motivated, hardworking and loyal individual. My communication skills are excellent and I have outstanding time management and organizational skills. I work well under pressure and manage my workload effectively so that I can meet my deadlines and exceed expectations. I always display resourcefulness when presented with new challenges. I can work on my own initiative with limited supervision and I am self-motivated. When working, I am aware of the importance of accuracy, therefore I have a meticulous eye for detail and I am mindful of how significant a small mistake can be. When working as part of a team, I am able to both lead the team and work as a contributing team member, acknowledging the needs of my colleagues. Managing staff and delegating has taught me how to deal with a variety of clients, adopting the necessary approach. For example, I am very formal and polite when working with conference delegates whereas when working with a bride and groom, I have found a more relaxed approach is more suitable. I regularly work a full day in the office and then help out on the bar and floor of the venue. This has taught me the importance of resilience and hard work. I am able to work very long hours whilst continuing to excel in my job and support other team members.I have a real passion for the Hospitality Industry and I am eager to further my career in any field of that.
