Example of projects:• Program Manager for a full value chain program in the Agriculture segment, targeting two of SKF’s biggest product lines and the key customers. Leading a team of 15-20 people in close collaboration with the program sponsor and subject matter expert.• Supporting Product Line Management in defining their global strategy.• Performed an organizational analysis and a business case for a business unit. Stratsys offers a cloud-based platform offering tools to simplify planning, execution and evaluation of strategic plans and governance models. Stratsys is one of Sweden’s 50 largest SaaS businesses.Project manager for several large scale digital transformation projects for medium and large-sized customers within the public sector. In addition to my consultant role, I was an account manager for two accounts responsible for customer satisfaction, upsell and financial targets which I reached and beyond. • In the projects, I digitalized the customer’s processes and KPI’s within strategic planning, management, internal controls and CSR models into Stratsys SaaS solution. • Facilitate workshops and meetings as part of the project deliveries. • Developed the content of the introduction program and were selected as a mentor for new employees. • Driving negotiation meetings with customers to reach sales agreements.• Worked in close collaboration with Product Owners, UX-designers, Front-End and Back-End developers to constantly improve the SaaS platform.
