Furthermore, financial responsibilities with expense approval and company purchasing.• Arranging all aspects of local and international travel and accommodation for company staff and external contractors.• Responsible for ensuring staff possess all relevant qualifications specific to the nature of work in any given country, subject to often differing local and international laws and industry requirements. Furthermore, booking courses for staff as and when required.• Maintaining a database ensuring that all staff and contractors hold the required legal and industry documentation required for international travel and work, including but not limited to passports, visas, work permits, offshore qualifications and medicals, recently extended to ensuring all Covid requirements are met and adhered to.• Responsible for approving staff expenses upon returning from jobs, prior to billing clients on behalf of the company, as well as purchasing company necessities.• Additional duties;o To monitor current processes and suggest / implement better procedures and processeso To identify and escalate any instances of bad practice or negligence by staff when completing processes e.g. purchase orders or expenses claim processo Engage in teamwork and support co-workers as well as having good communicationo Out of hours cover for logistical requirements Show less
