Social media officer

Duties include:- Work with multiple systems and utilise strong PC skills.- Efficiently and accurately capture customer information.- Take inbound calls for a wide range of companies and provide exceptional customer service on behalf of the business while attempting to assist the caller. - Provide a range of services from taking down basic messages to booking appointments using online platforms.
