- UN Women Training Centre, Review and quality assurance of online courses in English, French and Spanish- ILO, Better Work, Documenting Prevention of Violence and Sexual Harassment methodology- Ecorys, manual content developer and facilitator of 2-day workshops on the prevention of violence against women and girls to strengthen the capacities of the members of the local networks for a life free of violence;- - UNICEF LACRO, training coordinator on Gender and GBV and Education in Emergencies and migration contexts;- UN Women, UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women, reviewed 42 African applications received by the Fund in response to its 26th annual call for proposals process; - UN Women Morocco, produced a manual on gender-responsive-budgeting;- Gender Associations International Consulting, produced a training manual module for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) on gender-responsive operations, budgeting and administration;- UN Women East and Central Asia, produced and facilitated a training kit on gender responsive budgeting;- FLACSO Argentina (in partnership with UN Women Honduras), facilitated an online course on Gender-Responsive Budgeting for Honduras civil servants, members of the civil society and academia.

Managed the activities under the agreement between UNICEF and the CARICOM Secretariat. Coordinated the development and validation of education standards and information tools to complement the Caribbean Essential Services Package (ESP) developed by UNFPA for justice, police, health and social services. The Caribbean is the first region in developing Education Essential services for women and girls subject to violence. Also coordinated the development and validation of a Whole of Education Approach, to prevent violence against women and girls (VAWG) and violence against children (VAC). Provided technical support to implement the Spotlight Caribbean Initiative programme at the regional level. Co-developed UNICEF webpages on the Spotlight Caribbean Initiative.

Managed and coordinated the Oxfam Education Community of Practice and Influencing in Latin America and the Caribbean, and managed the education component of the Democracy and Citizenship programme in Oxfam in the Dominican Republic.

Managed a portfolio of capacity development programmes related to UN Women’s priorities, in English, Spanish and French, for a global audience working in the United Nations, governments, international organizations and civil society.Based in the UN Women Training Centre, and in close collaboration with UN Women colleagues:- planed and coordinated the development, implementation and evaluation of training projects in different modalities (self-paced, online moderated, face-to-face trainings, trainings of trainers and materials), ensuring the quality assurance in the entire process;- supported RO and CO in all regions for the capacity development aspects of their programmes, for instance: with RO in Dakar on gender mainstreaming in joint programming; with RO Nairobi on Results-Based-Management; with RO in Bangkok on Gender and Migration; with CO Mexico on Safe Cities;- facilitated trainings in English, Spanish and French globally; - prepared proposals to respond to specific training requests emanating from UN Women offices and units and from external organizations; - supervised consultants on the contents of training materials, delivery of trainings and other capacity development issues;- developed partnerships with UN Women policy, programme and coordination divisions, as well as with external partners such as ILO training Centre (Labour Migration Academy), IOM and UNITAR;- supported the development of the Training Centre in terms of strategy, planning, resource mobilization, communications and knowledge management;

The “Gender, Migration and development” programme developed conceptual frameworks, methodologies, and case studies on migration from a gender perspective, for all regions. Undertook desk reviews, managed research projects and disseminated research results and products through INSTRAW’s website, and participating in media, events and conferences. Also coordinated the team the last 6 months and participated in interagency activities at national level.Key achievements:- Contributed to publish and disseminate 6 case studies in CSW 2010 ("Bejiing +15: Perspectives of Rural Women" - Co-wrote and published synthesis of 9 cases studies on global care chains in Latin America and Spain- Produced a CD with history and contents produced by the programme from 2004 to 2010- Edited case study on Migration, remittances and local development in Senegal- Wrote three papers, published by Universidad Nacional Autónoma of Mexico; CIDES-UMSA, La Paz, Bolivie; OXFAM Novib Netherlands, Accra, Ghana

Contributed to the Departement activities: partnership with the University of Illinois (Chicago) on scholarship programme and survey ; research on non-Haitian migration in the Dominican Republic ; coordination of the Social Study Centre ; organization of workshops, seminars and pubblication launches.

Pact Arim was a programme aiming at rehabilitating housing in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo and retain its population to avoid gentrification. In charge of the dialogue with inhabitants of the buildings to be rehabilitated, the sale of apartments once renovated, and of administrative aspects of the office.

Cordinated the preparation, launch and initial phase of the project.

Worked as a European Volunteer in the community “Los Tres Brazos” on awareness raising on environment, water management and sanitation with adults and youth, and co-wrote a research on informal recycling in Santo Domingo.
