I manage a team of 12 students who have different roles in the club. We create different events for McGill students to participate in.

I created various event graphics for the event that the club would develop.

- Supported the team in strategy and in brand management by the means of HR marketing, enterprise events, and sponsorship- Established discussions with current and new suppliers in order to create relationships between the companies- Ensured good and smooth running of local events- Assisted in the development (logistical level) of event creation- Managed the creation of new product description brochure designs

- Assist customers checkout by scanning their items and ensuring they found what they needed- Help customers find the products they are looking by directing them to the proper isle- Greet and thank the customer- Open store credit cards upon customer request - Complete store returns and ensure customer satisfaction

- Managed a team of 15 people- Prepared orders to ensure the store was stocked- Held various trainings for employees - Ensured amazing customer service was given to all customers- Completed all necessary financial paperwork - Prepared schedules for employees- Placed different products in boutique for customers- Ensured the boutique was clean- Proactively changed the decor in the boutique seasonally to promote sales
