I work to maintain the safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality of Ohio State’s largest recreational facility on campus. I am experienced in leading large teams of students with diverse backgrounds and skillsets, as well as working closely with professional staff members to improve the student employee experience. Over the course of the 2019-2020 school year, I worked extensively to train recently promoted coworkers and played a role as a new-hire liaison.

I worked as a freshman orientation leader and mentor to roughly 250 incoming Ohio State students. The team of 27 other Peer Leaders I worked alongside and I were trained in understanding the nuances of systematic and personal barriers to success in higher education. Our mission was focused around helping all freshmen to get connected to Ohio State with an emphasis on outreach to historically underserved populations.
