• Create and execute communication plans, talking points, emails, presentations, and provide communications counsel to all levels of management• Provide customer communications support with a focus on renewable energy projects, AMI (Smart Meter Technology), new Customer Information System (CIS) implementation, and other special projects• Work with our Voice of the Customer research team to strategically analyze customer-based research/KPI to create actionable items and report out to all of Strategic Communications and other key stakeholders• Serve as NH Communications Chief Officer during potential and actual outage restoration events• Contribute content to internal newsletter, intranet site and external website• Provide copywriting and editing services to various teams across our service territory• Mentor and assist new communications employees in New Hampshire• Member of 2023 Key Talent cohort • Manage the Eversource NH volunteer program. This involved forming relationships with non-profits throughout the state and planning and executing over 50 events in 2019 (pre-COVID). This included planning and managing the NH signature event, as well as the three-day Special Olympics Winter Games event. • Manage relationships with outside vendors, including media agencies, printers, designers, catering companies and photographers• Contribute content to employee newsletter and other communications• Plan and execute high profile events/meetings for both internal (e.g., Leadership Team meetings) and external audiences (e.g., special project events)• Manage department and special projects from start to finish• Work as a brand ambassador both internally and externally• Manage key elements of department budget
