Working in the CSP advancement office included hand-writing thank yous to all donors, keeping track of social media engagement with students, staff, faculty, and alumni, compiling contact information for alumni and district churches, organizing data on email unsubscriber demographic correlations of thousands of contacts, occasionally being the face of created social media and newsletter content to donors and alumni, and flexibility to learn and take-on new problems presented by daily tasks.

As a chapel assistant I greeted anyone entering the chapel, organized and upkept facilities, decorated, filled-in for any needs with grace and flexibility, and helped create a hospitable environment in our chapel so anyone and everyone could feel safe and know that they are loved and cared for by our staff as well as Jesus Christ.

-Oversaw 80 residents living on my assigned floor of campus housing-Planned and led multiple events focused on education, relationship building, service opportunities, and promoting fun.-Mediated relationships between roommates-Recorded and submitted work orders, quarterly resident check-ins, housing problems, etc.

For the summer of 2016 I had the opportunity to be the summer worship coordinator which included leading the summer staff contemporary band and coordinating our classical ensemble. I also acted as an administrator for our professional musicians each week to organize the overall worship experience for the entire summer. Lastly, I communicated with our tech team about our changing audio/visual needs.My second summer I continued to work with worship coordination as well as served as a nursery team lead spending the mornings with our youngest campers providing care and developmentally appropriate programming to lead our children to understand the love of Jesus.Throughout both summers I also participated in leading family activities and programming including Family Olympics, a Water Carnival, a Jesus Walk, and staff dramas.

Provided assistance and top-notch in-person, phone, and email customer service to students, faculty, staff, and guests having any technology issues on personal devices, classroom devices, or with the university network as well as keeping track of each issue through work orders to either document our interactions or send to full-time university staff in the IT department. As front desk workers we also provided general information to anyone needing knowledge about the university and surrounding community, all with a smile and positivity.

I worked the off-season at camp filling many roles - naturalist (leading school groups on educational hikes), retreat host, care-taking facilities, misc. administration, and compiling materials and information for the renewal of the camps American Camp Association accreditation. Throughout the summer I was a member of program staff planning our off-site day camps with my fellows co-coordinator. This included planning developmentally-appropriate daily programming for elementary age youth, coordinating details with the site staff, and leading new teams of counselors and volunteers at different sites each week. This included interpersonal communication and conflict resolution with some of our teams. Our goal was always to share the love of Christ and truth of the Gospel with every child and volunteer we interacted with.

I was a summer nanny for a family of four children ranging from 2-10, driving them to activities, making meals, and creating a fun summer experience three days a week.
