Liz Mccarthy is a Pre-Nursing student at Reinhardt University at Candor Concepts. She possess expertise in social networking, time management, advertising, leadership, indesign and 11 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "Working in intercollegiate athletics, we understand the dedication it takes for a student-athlete to excel at their sport. The ability to balance practice and competition with travel, classes and study halls is a tremendous skill that those of us who may not be the best time managers would relish. Those student-athletes who are able to do it and perform at a high level, in and out of the classroom, and be actively involved in campus activities outside of athletics are rare and special individuals. Those who do it while participating in more than one sport and taking on leadership roles in whatever group they are part of are even rarer. When you find one you need to continue to challenge them and help them flourish to reach the potential they have shown an eagerness to reach. Liz Stephens is one of those student-athletes. Whether it has been as an athlete on the basketball court or lacrosse field, in her roles across campus as a Student Ambassador or new student orientation leader, or especially as a student assistant and intern within the Department of Athletics at Lake Erie College, Liz has proven to be mature, accountable, determined, detail and goal-oriented, energetic and thoughtful. She is a great representative not only for Lake Erie College, but for student-athletes everywhere. Liz constantly wants to learn and to improve and do whatever she can do to help prepare herself to be successful in her professional career. Seeing first hand her work within our department, and how she often went far beyond the sufficient result. I am fully confident Liz will be a tremendous and valuable asset to any company and I can not recommend her highly enough.
