I am a Journalism Student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree with certificates in Sports Communication and Digital Studies. My goal is to launch a career in digital marketing, brand communications, and public relations after graduating in May 2025.As the Marketing Chair for the Association of Women in Sports Media's Madison Chapter, I develop and execute marketing strategies to promote events and initiatives that foster gender diversity in sports media and communication. I collaborate cross-functionally to create promotional materials that increase recruitment of potential members and community partners, and enhance brand awareness. Previously, I worked as a Community Relations Intern for the UW Athletic Department, where I managed charitable projects, created multimedia content, and facilitated community engagement. I also write articles about campus activities, Dean decisions, and student life for The Daily Cardinal, a student-run newspaper with an average circulation of 10,000 printed copies. I am a hard-working and driven leader with skills in social media communications, strategic communications, and event planning. I am passionate about using my creativity, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills to create captivating and informative stories, campaigns, and experiences that connect with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
