I teach customers how to use Lariat’s software through phone calls, emails, and live online training sessions. I also work in customer support, troubleshooting issues and answering general questions regarding the software or sales.

Managed our training staff on a day-to-day basis and designed our training processes. Taught classes, created training videos and documentation, and led online training webinars. This position was 100% telecommute from my home office.

Taught online training courses for customers and internal training events for employees. Trained and supervised new trainers. Created instructional processes and materials for our training and coaching programs. Also taught in our coaching program to guide existing customers to greater success. Other duties included: software troubleshooting, assisting the support team, coordinating overall training schedule, basic software testing, and training video creation. This position was a telecommute position from my home office.

Answered customer questions via email, phone, or chat. Made follow-up calls to keep customer informed of progress on ongoing tickets. Performed troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues with server/end-user platforms. Identified patterns for reoccurring issues, submitted any program defects into tracking software. Tested new features for defects prior to software release and documented any issues for developers.

I worked with students in the 6 - 9th grades, supporting with reading, fluency, conversation and social skills, and homework support.
