It’s that experience, after all, that ultimately leads the customer to choose us when it’s time to invest, resulting in those long-awaited, sustainable revenues.Top 3 things I focus on daily within sales enablement to meet this change:⭐️ Fostering sustainable collaboration – between sales and marketing, of course, but also across other functions and teams that have any form of interaction with the customer.⭐️ Ensuring that activities and content deliver real value to the recipient – reaching the right person – with the right message – at the right time – for the right impact. The key is coaching and supporting all the amazing employees who possess the knowledge we need to provide insights and value to the customer. These are the people with the real answers to the real questions that build trust – and trust, in turn, creates business.⭐️ Analyzing and communicating the data and information we have on customers to enable decision-makers to make better choices. Not in silos, not just for individual KPIs, but to improve strategies and achieve set goals. Insight itself is worthless if it can’t be acted on and improved upon, allowing us to adapt and get things right. We often invest heavily in systems, but it’s when they are used correctly that we see their true impact.
