As a Senior Executive with Accenture, Korn Ferry, PwC, and Potentialyze, I help clients accelerate performance, thrive in uncertain times, drive innovation, and unlock the full potential of their people by harnessing digital technologies, untapped skills, and new ways of working. I have shaped and led global transformation programs - cloud, outsourcing, M&A, customer-employee experience - and strategic talent initiatives across multiple industries: technology, aerospace and defense, retail and consumer goods, health, and public services. My sweet spot in such transformations is strategically addressing the people factors that accelerate change and influence performance – leadership, culture, engagement, and the strategic alignment of people’s talents and passions with their work.An entrepreneur at heart with a strong sense of purpose, I thrive on building and growing organizations that transform business, people and communities. I founded Potentialyze, a multi-million dollar consulting business, in Europe and the US. In 2016, I created The Freedom Ride Project, a 501C3 to end human trafficking by protecting children and communities before the damage is done, through awareness events, film, and education programs in schools and hospitals. Being born in Switzerland, raised in France and having lived and worked in 7 countries, I developed a deep appreciation for diversity (people, cultures, languages), the ability to adapt quickly to new environments, and a love of travel, learning, and adventure. As an avid cyclist, I've crossed several countries by bike. Currently, I am interested in the following new opportunities:1.
