    The Biodiverse Landscapes Fund Lower Mekong Programme, funded by UK Aid, is a £15 million, 7-year programme to alleviate poverty, conserve biodiversity and address climate change across 10 protected areas and biological corridors in Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. It is being implemented by Fauna & Flora, SNV and IUCN.- Managed inception phase, coordinating a hybrid team of 30+ people working across Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and the United Kingdom.- Managed relationships with donor, fund manager, independent evaluator, and delivery partners.- Organized initial host government engagement workshops in Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos.- Supported key staff recruitment and selection of permanent Team Lead and M&E Manager. - Delivered inception package including revised workplan, budget, logframe and theory of change. - Set up new programme office.

As Sr. Advisor for Monitoring & Reporting, I: - Re-designed an integrated M&E system for coordinated reporting by a 20+ partner consortium.- Managed and technically reviewed reporting by World Wildlife Fund, Wildlife Conservation Society, The Center for Forests and People, East-West Management Institute, Pact, Conservation International, Geres, Wildlife Alliance and a dozen local NGOs.- Coordinated, collated, calculated targets achieved, and edited 13 quarterly reports to USAID.- Designed and oversaw implementation of the Environmental Management Plan and M&E Plan.- Supervised midterm and endline annual income and behavior change surveys.- Designed new, custom biodiversity indicator utilizing partners' ongoing species research surveys.- Supported development of a new online platform (WESTool) to estimate changes in ecosystem services as a result of deforestation (www.winrock.org/westool).- Designed and delivered WESTool training for 50+ local government officers.- Managed audits by USAID's Regional Inspector General and Data Quality Assessments by Mission.- Supported two successful project extension proposals, worth $1.8 Million in additional funding.
