Hi there, nice meeting you! 👋🏼 I'm born and raised in Gent (Belgium) and currently living in Gothenburg, to pursue the next steps in my career as entrepreneurial project manager at the headquarters of the electric performance car brand Polestar.As part of the Strategy & Business Development team and the Digital Transformation Office, I am able to leverage my strengths in communication, organization, leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving. A few of my many highlights: 1. Being the responsible Expansion Manager for setting up the brand's operations in Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain & Italy together with local and headquarters' teams.2. Being the leading project manager for an e-commerce enhancement program in North America, focussing on sales acceleration, increased retailer efficiency, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.3. Being a supporting coordinator during the post-merger of Polestar Technology in China (joint venture between Xingji Meizu Group and Polestar), supporting with the transfer of digital assets and capabilities. 4. Launching pre-configured Polestar and Pre-owned Polestar programs in Belgium.5. Setting up strategic partnerships and building digital solutions with external partners such as Ayvens (former ALD Automotive) for operational leasing, KBC Bank for other financing solutions, Smappee for home charging, Renta Solutions to automate ordering and invoicing processes for leasing companies, Xpower for ERP and dealer management software and Pàu for digital product design and development.Colleagues describe me as “the glue” of the team, reliable, pragmatic, energetic, structured and detail-oriented. These traits have allowed me to manage projects in an efficient, effective, and most importantly fun manner.My private and professional time spent in China, United States and Europe has fostered my cross-cultural awareness and has helped me to work in, sometimes challenging, multi-cultural environments.Fun fact: I have been a passionate ballet and modern jazz dancer and teacher in the past and was one of the dancers of the Belgian delegation at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Cyprus in 2008. Now I have discovered a new passion for high-intensity interval training and all types of hot yoga! I'm currently pursuing my certification as Personal Trainer & Nutritionist (L4).
