As Head of Training 3D / BIM / CAD, I have led the work to define the framework and associated module structure for the official training program within 3D / BIM / CAD. The work was carried out in collaboration with internal stakeholders. From 2016-2019, the focus was on the development of modules for design- and engineering tools within 3D / BIM / CAD. From 2020, the competence portal has included all training and knowledge dissemination in Multiconsult, including modules for career paths as well as procedures and tasks related to Project Management, HR, financial reporting, HSE etc..
