Ensured legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state employment guidelines; conducting investigations, managing performance, and building an HR record-keeping system.-Managed the successful selection and implementation of “ADP Workforce Now” system for payroll, HR, and benefits management positively impacting over 125 employees annually. -Selected and implemented company’s first 401K program as well as full-scale medical, dental, life and disability benefits programs benefiting over 125 employees annually.. -Project Manager and a key point of contact in the selection and successful implementation of the SAP Business One ERP system. The system allowed for improved financials, cost visibility, database efficiency, and the company’s first ever inventory system.-Assisted Vice President in process mapping and procedure design of major business processes and internal accounting and operational processes both pre- and post- SAP implementation. -Worked strategically with Vice President to produce the company’s first library of internal policy and corporate procedure.
