I have more than 10 years of experience understanding business needs through the lens of both market insights and internal business intelligence and translating that into tangible results. As a member of the Executive Team, I've established a reputation for working with Leadership to guide the organization through times of hyper growth and profitability by developing strategies others become passionate about - balancing challenging the status quo while staying true to our values and entrepreneurial roots. My background in M&A and finance coupled with engaging the organization to think critically about our future blends into a unique, CX/EX data driven and emotionally intelligent approach to Strategy development. My prowess in relationship building helps me meet the organization where its at to bring those strategies to life. I recently started our Emerging Business group that helps support innovation and growing up-and-coming businesses within the firm. In partnership with an expanding, diverse team of Strategists, Technologists, Change Experts and Marketers – I have helped the firm achieve market premium valuation, double-digit annual growth, above industry average profitability, enter new markets, lead the acquisition of several new businesses, focus on our core by divesting businesses, scale emerging businesses and launch two multi-year strategies galvanizing the organization towards our vision. As a member of various internal leadership teams, I've had the unique opportunity to flex my "intra"preneurial skills by leading the start up and maturity of several internal functions: Strategy, Innovation, Emerging Business Group, Market and Business Intelligence, Client Value Creation and Corporate Development. Under my leadership the Strategic Growth function continues to elevate its role as trusted advisors and enablers. Some of my proudest accomplishments are watching my incredibly talented team members learn and grow in their roles, many of which have been on an accelerated path to promotion. I am fortunate to work in an organization that thinks about their employees as a whole, giving me the opportunity to grow outside my "day job". I'm actively engaged in the Mental Health and Wellness Committee and our Women's Leadership Network.In my free time, you'll find me enjoying Chicago summers and finding any excuse to travel to the mountains to ski or hike and/or the beach in the winter!
