With over 15 years dedicated to ensuring high availability, eliminating vulnerabilities, and fortifying the complex and critical infrastructure of Endesa's network, I am presently broadening my scope to encompass additional areas within the realm of cybersecurity.Passionate about technological challenges, I easily adapt to new technological environments and view them as opportunities.I tailor my communication to the listener, aiming to ensure mutual understanding. When interacting with non-technical individuals, I know how to simplify and explain complexities in an accessible and understandable manner.Leadership, characterized by fervent enthusiasm, astute decision-making, and exceptional communication skills, has been the key to my success in managing teams and clients.Founding my own company and assembling a team of 17 individuals, all new to the project, we have collectively executed a multitude of communication projects for Endesa and Cellnex Telecom. Remarkably, we accomplished this with only 25% of the workforce originally allocated by Ericsson to this project.I embrace change, love challenges, convey serenity, and instill confidence. I am committed and empathetic to my surroundings. These are the keys that have enabled me to successfully secure and execute a contract of such magnitude.My approach to team optimization involves strategic allocation of resources, ensuring engineers are deployed to tasks that best leverage their expertise, while also leveraging automation to streamline processes. This not only enhances operational efficiency but also fosters a culture of respect and camaraderie within the organization.As a leader, I take ownership of my team's challenges, refraining from deflecting blame to those in subordinate roles. In situations where decision-making authority is limited, I proactively present multiple solutions alongside my expert recommendations, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
