Providing high availability, including communications, to sites through in-house means with the control center. Detection and auditing of vulnerabilities and business opportunities.Phases:· 2014-2022, Founder of COMINTEL INGENIERÍA (www.comintel.es). Exclusive contract with CELLNEX TELECOM to exclusively develop all the engineering for the Endesa project nationwide. I embraced the challenge of founding a company, hiring staff, and training them. CELLNEX bet on me as the best option for the successful execution of the contract due to my know-how and skills. I also collaborated in the RESCAT network and equivalent versions in other communities.· 2011-2013, Freelancing with ERICSSON Network Services.· 2006-2010, Project Coordinator at ERICSSON Network Services in the Catalan/Balearic Zone.Technological Challenge:Endesa's network is critical, complex (over 1000 sites), innovative, with high availability and resilience requirements. The topography is complex. Technologies include: Networking SDWAN and CISCO (ASR-90x, ASR-100x, CGR-2010, etc), MPLS, PDH/SDH Migration, LTE/DMR, Radio, Optical Fiber, Telemonitoring, Cybersecurity (resilience and high availability).Successes:· Negotiation of an exclusive contract (all communication projects in the peninsula and islands). Annual billing of €700,000.· Process and resource optimization: managed the contract with 25% of the workforce Ericsson allocated for this purpose. Segregated technical and non-technical tasks to free up the engineering team. Additionally, automated processes using macros.· Leadership, enthusiasm transmission, and team training without previous experience: 13 Engineers and 4 draftsmen. Maintained 100% personnel retention. Designed the most complex solutions for them to develop.
