• Assist Associate Director of Corporate Communications with internal messaging and positioning, including developing content ideas and managing delivery of content across all internal communication platforms.
• Maintain the ESPN Internal Communications editorial calendar.
• Manage the design and daily publishing of news content on ESPN’s intranet home page, which is accessible to approximately 6,500 employees.
• Partner with various business units, including HR, Programming, Production, Marketing, IT, Facilities and Corporate Outreach to drive education and awareness about domestic and international company-wide initiatives.
• Provide communications support and counsel for major company initiatives, including an intranet upgrade, Jimmy V Week and annual Employee Engagement Surveys.
• Maintain the content for digital signboards across U.S. locations.

Ridgefield, CT

• Manage all internal communications news vehicles, including the design and functionality of Boehringer Ingelheim’s intranet home page, which is accessible to approximately 11,000 U.S. colleagues
• Create and distribute a weekly electronic newsletter to 2,500 Ridgefield, CT employees
• Partner with key stakeholders and senior leaders to drive support and recognition of business goals, priorities and initiatives across all functional areas and U.S. operating units
• Incorporate online and social media tools into employee communications to drive awareness and participation in company-sponsored events and initiatives, including the 2012 Global Engagement Survey
• Monitor employee usage of social media tools, including the EmployeeCONNECT discussion forum and Yammer
• Collect and analyze WebTrends reports to measure communication success and identify employee intranet usage patterns and preferences
