I am deeply passionate about innovative green solutions shaping our future, and it is my firm believe that sustainability serves as a strong strategic advantage when it is an integral part of a corporate's business model. Through the years I have developed deep expertise in sustainability, corporate strategy, financial communication and the capital markets in general. I’m deeply inspired to make use of what I know and feel strongly about in order to contribute to achieving a more sustainable future.Prior to joining Faerch, the worlds first integrated recycler, I was a part of Egon Zehnder's leadership advisory team in Oslo. I was advising on leadership CEO, C-suite and board level recruitments within the industrial practice group focused on companies that will play a role in the energy transition or green transition in general. Before joining Egon Zehnder, I was a part of TOMRA Systems ASA's Group Executive Management as Head of Group Strategy, M&A and Sustainability. I first joined TOMRA as Head of Investor Relations and M&A, and through the years I also led various business development initiatives within the company. I started my career in investment banking with Alfred Berg/ABN AMRO (later Royal Bank of Scotland) working out of Oslo, Stockholm and Amsterdam. Through my years in banking I was predominantly focusing on M&A transactions within power & utilities and the renewables sector.I have a BSc in Finance from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and an MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
