Design Operations Manager
Current- Creative Design Lead. Leasing with creative teams to work through new briefs & develop visual concepts, mockups and final deliverables to ensure all design work is of the highest standard.- Drive collaboration and design brainstorming within the team- Manage workflow daily / weekly to ensure timely delivery- Organise weekly design team meetings to review progress of the projects and to assign responsibilities to designers.- Monitoring the teams progress regularly against plans/objectives to ensure achievement.- Provided training and support for junior designers, assisting them with their technical skills andworking through briefs with them to ensure all design work was of the highest standard.- One to one meeting. Annual revision.- Ensure all production drawings and orders are correct & signed off as routine by a senior staff member ahead of going to production.- Lease with admin dept. to ensure all details of contracts are covered for every project and all show services are ordered before going onsite.- Work with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of services and clear instructions provided to sub contractors of the detail behind all jobs.- On site supervision and delegation of responsibilities Show less
