Product Manager For The Vfq Digital Platform
Successfully launched the new VFQ Education Platform and retired the legacy platform.Managed an international product team responsible for running and improving the platform. Developed and launched new functionality to better support Emergn's Consulting and Learning business.
Product Developer
Designed workshops and learning experiences to help companies create new ways of working and deliver value faster. Product managed the Value, Flow, Quality platform.
Product Manager
I was responsible for NewField IT's analytics software suite, focused on user, print and document analytics. As this was a new role in the company, I worked on the creation of a product management framework and identified key activities to focus on around usage analysis of our products, stakeholder and user communication, and the creation of roadmaps. As well as product management, I continued to manage individual projects, gathering requirements from our customers and working with them to clarify how they see these translate into software. I then managed the project through to launch. Outside of specific projects, I supported the Sales, Consultancy and Support teams by being the first point of contact for my products, and used the teams' feedback to help shape the product roadmaps.
Service Management Lead / Project Manager
I this role, I was accountable and responsible for managing software projects, ensuring that they were delivered within the agreed timescales and to the customer’s satisfaction. I managed the project scope, allocated resources and maintained continuous communication with key customer and end-user stakeholders to share progress and collect feedback. Through the Service Management side of my role, I was responsible for managing the change process and service introduction. I had considerable input into establishing the change process, the build process and service introduction requirements. Working in a small team gave my colleagues and me the freedom to devise a project management methodology that was complementary to our current practices. This means that we were continuously improving how we did things, whether that was through using new software for project planning and resource management or revising our governance approach.
Team Lead, Customer Support And Training
As team lead for the Customer Support and Training team I gained responsibility for a team of four. I managed the shift pattern to ensure there was always adequate support cover and made resources available to the Testing and Consultancy teams when they needed additional help for projects.I was accountable for the team’s performance against our existing response time SLAs and was tasked with implementing new SLAs for faster response times and resolution times. I did this by configuring our Salesforce instance with new custom fields and workflows in order to monitor our compliance on a weekly basis and thus take any necessary remedial actions as soon as possible.I worked with the build manager both to get customer issues resolved and to continuously improve our support process. I maintained close relationships with the support teams at Xerox, NewField IT's parent company, to ensure we had a coherent approach to helping our customers and keep them updated about any developments we made in the software. In addition, I continued to deliver training and consultancy and handle support cases as I did as a Customer Support and Training Executive.
Customer Support And Training Executive
As a Customer Support and Training Executive, my role was multifaceted. It involved leading face-to-face courses for groups of up to ten people, the aim of which was to give users a solid understanding of how to use Asset DB, a leading print management software. These were delivered in either English, French or Italian, over two days, usually at the customer site, using materials which were created and maintained by my team. It also involved handling customer support cases which ranged from licensing to more complex issues with the toolsets. This required working closely with the test and development teams to identify bugs and when necessary come up with workarounds. I gained a good knowledge of Salesforce which we used to log cases and JIRA which we used to track escalations to the development teams. The role additionally comprised the delivery of a consultancy service using CompleteView Pro, the BI application written in-house, advising our customers on how they could achieve savings, improve the efficiency and lessen the environmental impact of their clients' print fleets.
Intern
I worked in the Consumer department and day-to-day I was in charge of compiling press-books for our clients, keeping our media database up to date and managing incoming media requests. I also prepared monthly activity reports, wrote basic press releases and assisted in organising media events such as press trips, as well as the annual press conference for one of our clients. This included researching sub-contractors and liaising with the media.
