The role reported to the EMEA VP HR of MD&D and to the President for EES / ASP - Mediterranean & Iberia Clusters, plus a dotted line to the WWVP HR EES.The major responsibility was to lead the implementation and deployment of the new organizational structure as well as to lead the Talent Management and the other critical HR cycles for EMEA EES/ASP franchise, guaranteeing country support. In this tenure I also led the HR function across the Mediterranean and Iberia clusters for the whole MD&D domain. In addition to that, I ensured alignment and synergy with the EES/ASP Global franchise HR processes. The role implied the membership of the Regional board and of the Global EES/ASP HR leadership team.
