The TPS Digital Quality Leader is accountable for setting up and execute the strategy to implement the concept of digital quality. In this role, I:• Consolidate Quality data in a TPS Data-lake• Create a set of digitized quality KPIs to support the TPS integration and business execution• Ensure consistency between Quality priorities/strategy and other Digital initiatives (eg Brilliant Factory, MBE, etc.)• Explore new digital solutions to improve process and product quality

Essential Responsibilities:• Act as change agents committed to accelerating process improvements in the business with the aim of supporting the people in achieving their objectives, promote awareness, understanding and acceptance of Lean Six Sigma • Work with Lean Six Sigma BBs and MBBs to identify and transfer best practices and ensure consistency of business processes • Work on cross functional Master Black Belt and Green Belt projects to reduce defects & improve On Time Delivery eliminating bureaucracy, simplifying process, leveraging Lean tools • Educate, coach, and mentor Black Belts, Green Belts on Lean Six Sigma philosophy and application • Identify areas for further business improvements and support their prioritization • Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams • Identify and manage resources required to successfully execute projects • Communicate teams' progress to Champions and Business Leaders • Work with finance to identify and validate savings opportunities • be a valuable partner with Customers keeping inside • Support development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System

Provide TRS oversight to GS business operations, leading the strategic development of TRS process across GS to assure adherence to all aspects of TRS compliance. She will coordinate with the P&L and functional teams to proactively monitor and analyze TRS risks and develop corrective and preventative action plans where appropriate.
