In this position, I am supporting our client base with operations in West Africa:- designing and delivering security and risk management consulting and training services to a broad range of clients across different industries, including: threat assessments and security risk analyses (SRA), site security surveys, security policies and protocols, escalation plans,...; - providing analysis on developments in West and Central Africa and related risks for companies operating in the region, developing bespoke risk treatment recommendations;- designing the content of and delivering informative webinars, presentations, videos on varied security-related topics, including regional updates and escalation management topics.Part of my role is also to support International SOS security team by:- coordinating our security assistance, advice and intelligence services on a regular basis, including during escalations and crises impacting our clients in the region; - driving the development of our unique provider network in West and Central Africa, including our intelligence network, information sources and consultants.

Travel Security Group (TSG) is a joint venture between International SOS which provides medical assistance and advice for travellers and expatriates and Control Risks, a global risk consultancy specialising in political, integrity and security risk. The London-based office where I worked, focuses specially on Western Africa, Maghreb, Israël and the Palestinian territories and Europe. My role was to: - deliver bespoke verbal and written travel security assessments to our clients either travellers or expatriates; - collect and analyse the security environment of the countries we are monitoring, and disseminate security or disruption issues affecting business travellers via travel security alerts, making sure to provide the key related advice; - monitoring key crisis escalation indicators and making sure to advise our clients on how business can best proceed while remaining safe;- participating to consultancy tasks on specific security themes or regions.

- Wrote a synthesis of Crisis Management feedbacks/lessons learned since 2012 by identifying strengths, weaknesses, improvements made and those to be implemented- Monitored the Quality Management System of the Ministry's Foreign Travel Advices by following up quality audits and answering the auditor’s questions, analysing the answers of the satisfaction survey, proposing and implementing improvements of Quality procedures and for the Ministry’s website, participating in getting the Quality certification- Realized a Benchmark on Travel Advices and traveller’s registration systems existing in 38 countries which led me to identify the good practices and to propose improvements- Participated to 4 Crisis Units and meetings monitoring information on media and social media, calling nationals in order to provide them with security advice and identify potential security issues

- In charge of the final assessment of three events during the International Solidarity Week in Lyon : development of a questionnaire for each event, analysis of the answers and writing of a 218-page report- Management of the team in charge of the assessment- Relationships management with associations and partners.More information on: http://www.cadr.fr/reseau_detail.php?id=9

- Internal analysis of the NGO’s Partnerships, benchmark on other NGO’s Partnerships’ strategies, identifying potential donors and private partners, writing a Communication toolkit for partnership acquisition in French and Spanish - Responded to calls for tenders/proposals (public or private)
