As a course assistant, I work a help site to aid others in their computer science journey. I also add contributions to the course content and assist the course leaders in any new projects to help students grow and learn as well as making the course accessible to all.

As a java tutor, I manage 5 different students schedules as well as prep them for success in the Computer Science World. I prepare them for upcoming exams as well as use real world problems to inspire the students to love computer science.

At Bioverse Labs, I entered a contract with Miami-Dade County to create software that differentiates mosquitoes through wing beat frequencies in order to assist the county in monitoring the mosquito population. I worked as a member of a team of four, each of us managing separate departments. As the sole software engineer and manager of my department, it was up to me to determine the best approach that would segment the vast amount of audio data that would be collected, processed, and classified. In the end, my model allows Miami-Dade County to recognize when it catches a mosquito species with a disease vector so that it can be collected and tested for diseases and to better predict the risk of mosquitoes carrying diseases in its population.

As a Robotics Intern at Robotics Camp I led a team of 5 middle schoolers to create a functioning robot in three weeks, logistically assisted head counselors, and learned FRC Control Systems and Libraries.
