Junior Marketing Analyst, I'm at the beginning of my journey in the job market. My first professional experience was at 3M Brazil in the Security and Industrial Business Group. Being on the LATAM team, I've experienced the Digital Marketing work routine and one of my responsibilities was to interface between the business teams - LATAM, global teams and the execution team (IT). Every week, I participated in meetings with teams in English and Spanish, which has provided me with enormous learning about different cultures and ways of working.Before joining 3M, during my first three years of graduation, I held some positions within the Academic Athletic Association of Advertising and Marketing, including vice-president of the institution. During this period, I had the opportunity to develop the Athletics League, as well as its Statute, and organize two social projects to assist needy communities. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to take the Entrepreneurship and Digital Business course taught by the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, ​​expanding my knowledge both on the course topic and in English and Spanish.After dedicating myself fully to the various academic activities offered by the university, and to the internship activities granted by 3M, I feel prepared to grow in the work environment, which will bring me new knowledge and learning, as well as the opportunity to work to build a world that is increasingly more modern and collaborative.
