CurrentI play a crucial role in the success of SAP’s top 1% global strategic SAP Ariba, Fieldglass and Business Network customers, responsible for understanding their needs, delivering a premium technology experience, and building close relationships that facilitate solution adoption to maximize the value of their SAP investment.• Map customer success journeys from implementation through a lifetime of engagement, leveraging a solid understanding of my customer’s business objectives (KPI's) in order to drive measurable, positive business outcomes.• Direct executive suites and internal SAP Sales, Legal, Technical Product Success, Customer Support, and Value Engineering to inspire and drive onboarding, adoption, evolution and retention of SAP Cloud solutions. • Comfortable with consulting and negotiating across multiple SAP internal and client business levels (‘Entry’ through ‘C Level’) for the advocacy of the customer and SAP solutions. • Coach and mentor talented and ambitious Customer Success professionals as part of SAP's 'New Hire Program' and interns who are part of The Company's global 'Return to Workforce Employment Program'; introduce mentorees to SAP's strategic objectives and company values and provide advice for their preferred career paths within The Company.• Apply subject matter expertise to internal team business processes and procedures to address inefficiencies and support more effective individual execution.Recognitions:• Exceptional Performance Award for "Selflessness"; recognition for driving positive outcomes to complex customer issues.• Road Warrior Award for being determined, dedicated, and hardworking while managing responsibilities "on the road".
