As part of the Marketing team, I was involved in several types of studies - concept, product, packaging and line extension tests, pricing studies, shelf trials, segmentation and U&A projects - across different markets - mainly FMCG, Food and Beverage, but also Services and Telecommunications. Main principal duties included:- Indipendently managing the full research process from the first brief with the client to the results presentation- Preparing and checking all research materials: the questionnaire, the sample and quotas, the raw data and tables and the final report- Coordinating all internal and external actors involved at each stage of the project- Guaranteeing the quality of the research outputs and the respect of the agreed timelines- Supervising the financial aspect of the study: quotation, costs and invoices

My main tasks involved:- Assisting with and coordinating the delivery of client projects (within agreed timelines, to client specifications and within the necessary constraints)- Coordinating the project "kick off" stage with the client in order to check its specifications and schedule- Validating both the paper questionnaire and its html version preceding its launch for accuracy and suitability- Checking screening criteria and quotas are set against the client's needs- Monitoring the survey progress and providing the client with updates, including discussion of any problematic area and proposed solutions- Checking accuracy of the client deliverables and managing the project closure
