As an E-commerce, I handle both the online and offline aspects of marketing and hospitality for two luxury villas in Bali. I am responsible for creating and managing the e-commerce strategy, website, and social media platforms, as well as communicating with guests and agents, and providing personalized service and assistance to the guests during their stay.I have a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from State Polytechnic of Bali, where I developed my skills and interest in marketing, especially in e-commerce. I also gained experience in sales and marketing, operational management, and business presentation through various internships and trainings in the hospitality industry. I enjoy learning new things, adapting to different situations, and delivering my best performance for the company and the guests.
