As an enrollment management leader, collaborated closely with academic and administrative units to evaluate workforce needs and create appropriate degree/nondegree programs. Led recruiting and business development teams with the goal of enabling more adult learners and those underrepresented in higher education to earn a degree or credential. Grew partnership enrollments from under 2% to over 16% in eight years.

Working with organizations to build enrollment pathways and create workforce development programs, enabling companies and academic institutions to meet workforce needs. Acted as Lead/Project Manager for the development of a Radiologic Assistant training program for employees of a large metropolitan healthcare system which included assessment of needs, program design and selection of academic partners.

Managed key strategic partners in Long Island /Albany (NY), Harrisburg (PA) and Charlotte (NC) and served as member of the management team. Created training solutions for clients and led sales teams in four locations, setting metrics, goals and acting as sales coach enabling the team to grow business within strategic accounts.

New York Stare Licensed School Director. Provided overall leadership and direction to the Albany New Horizons Training Center, working closely with instructors, sales, operations, and facilities staff. Implementated strategies to maintain quality, and ensure continuous improvement in the Center. Managed day to day activities of center, hired and managed employees, handled state regulations and collaborated with area workforce development organizations.

Enabled P&J Computers in expanding their State Government Client Base and assisted with Small/Medium/Business growth. Developed new customer base and managed these customers for this HP, Cisco, Citrix, Microsoft and Novell reseller.

Senior Account Manager handling strategic accounts. Consistent Million Dollar producer and President's Club Member. CESC provided Computer Training - training for end users up thru high end technical training. I was there for fourteen years as a trainer, operations manager, training manager and account manager. Handled primarily large accounts (NYS Agencies, Albany Med, CDPHP, SUNY) and managed OGS / state contracts. Developed training plans and solutions for clients. Worked with local OneStops to provide training and placement services for unemployed career changers.

Taught Applications and basic Network OS classes. Created curriculum. Worked with Network Engineers on Network Installations. Handled basic Network Admin tasks (setup users, groups, printers etc). Developed custom courseware.
