Responsible for developing Kespro´s B2B marketing. Due to the Covid-19 situation, I was helping K-Ruoka.fi e-commerce team as a project manager in a development project. I was successfully developing, planning and executing Kespro's B2B data driven digital marketing, including e-commerce, e-mail, social media and websites. I managed Digital Sales team with 3 amazing marketing and e-commerce specialist. I was Product Owner in successful renewal of company website kespro.com, with strong focus on the customer experience and sales funnel. Responsible and PO role in the development and launch of new business - online wholesale store K-RuokaPro. I was strongly focusing on developing Kespro's B2B data driven digital marketing, including e-commerce, e-mail, social media and websites.Furthermore, in 2014 - 2015 I managed successfully CRM project (Microsoft Dynamics), in which new functionalities were implemented for Field Sales, and the CRM processes were created and implemented for Customer Service, Credit Control, Telesales and Marketing.
