Next to that we are building a support network for starting entrepreneurs in Namibia with two enthusiastic and community active students Casper Bowora and Hilalius Ndeimana. Last but not least, we are organising an expedition to Rwanda to discover how the country is becoming the Singapore of Africa. I love to bring people together, share knowledge and explore opportunities for partnerships beyond borders. Nyenrode's Executive MBA is a two-year program for managers, leaders and entrepreneur who want to develop themselves to the best leader they can be. The Executive MBA program helps to boost their leadership impact throughout a Personal Leadership Development Journey, the main theme of the program.As a program manager I'm involved in the process from intake to graduation. I'm responsible for the organisation, logistics and facilities around the program. CP Football (also called football 7-a-side) is for players with Cerebral Palsy or other acquired brain injuries. The best athletes are playing in the national teams of the Royal Dutch Football Association KNVB. I started with a marketing & communications project for the Dutch National CP Football teams for the 2017 World Championships in San Luis - Argentina. I have built a new website (www.cpvoetbal.nl) and redesigned the social media channels. Sportaal is the sports body of the municipality of Enschede (The Netherlands). It encourages people to sport together by organising sports activities, encouraging safe and clean sports facilities and making sports available for all. I'm responsible for marketing and communication around the activities of the company. My field of play is diverse: from media campaigns to analysis of Sportaal's products and making proposals for improvement or renewal of the company's services. During the Olympic and Paralympic Games of Rio 2016 I was NOC (National Olympic Committee) and NPC (National Paralympic Committee) assistant for Tunisia and Sri Lanka. It was an amazing experience to work in this international playing field with people from around the world. My office was in the Olympic and Paralympic village, but I also worked a lot at the competition venues to support my delegation and athletes with whatever they need. These challenging months in the beautiful city of Rio de Janeiro learned me how to deal with cultural diversity, find creative solutions for unexpected issues and solve urgent problems in a practical manner. Above all I expanded my global network in sports with people who are the representations of the Olympic Movement. They gave me valuable insights in their methods and processes and shared their ideas about sports. In 2013, my former company Elisa Media sponsored Kelvin Hilgeholt, a Modern Pentathlon athlete. We created his new website and various video productions. Next to the media productions, I also added structure to the organisation for further professionalisation. In 2014, we worked together in the campaign ‘Beter’ (Better) of Olympian Maarten van der Weijden. The Modern Pentathlon literally moved me. Since 2015, I’m on an exciting new sports adventure. 5Kamp Beweegt shares the exiting Modern Pentathlon (fencing, swimming, horseback riding, running and shooting in 1 day) by sport experiences and the curricula The Ultimate Athlete.

After my internship at webcasting company Connecting Media and during my study Art & Technology, I started my company Elisa Media to gain professional working experience. During the years, the company evolved into an agency for media management. I helped my clients and other media agencies to make things happen in the field of media production. Because of our passion for the Northern Italian region Veneto, my partner Sebastian Piest and I started the company Arrangiamo. Our goal was to let people discover, taste and experience a the fine food and culture this unique region has to offer via our website, webshop and exclusive events. Our assortment included famous wines from the Veneto like Prosecco and Raboso Veronese. Upon request we also delivered local foods like cheese and meats.

I took my first steps into the fascinating world of media at webcasting company Connecting Media. Here I worked on the video editing of promotional video’s for clients like Microsoft, VNU Business Publications and the city of Deventer. I also was camera assistant and operator during several (live) video recordings. After my internship I continued working for Connecting Media independently and had the opportunity to develop myself in organizing, planning and preparing video productions. Next to that, I also came more into contact with clients and other freelancers.
