Badenoch & Clark is a leading Executive, Top & Middle Management Search Company,Spring Professional is an international consulting Company specialising in the research, selection and evaluation of middle management personnel.The Assessment tool consists of an extensive catalogue of tests to assess skills, knowledge and personality.In this role I am responsible for:- competency mapping on behalf of Italian and foreign firms;- creating and testing innovative tools;- designing and managing individual and group assessments.

At the beginning I was Senior Consultant, then promoted to National Key Account Manager, and finally became HR Permanent Placement Manager. Since 2006 I have designed and managed Assessment projects. My main responsabilities include:- talent acquisition: drafting general agreements, providing quotations, head hunting, recruiting and selecting;- design and management of the Assessment Center which includes hiring of staff at different levels, and competence evaluation through processing Personality questionnaires and general Aptitude tests.

- branch administration control: P&L planning and monitoring, cost control;- branch management: human resources management, internal dispute resolution, positioning of the branch in the local market;- staff management: recruitment and administration supervision with regard to hiring, contract drafting, presence and absence control, litigation management;- client management: dispute and claim management, drafting general agreements.

- hiring and recruitment: job description, cv management, interviews, job offers;- relationship management with the temporary staff agencies: master agreements and job offers;- human resources management: recruitment, presence control, leave, special job timetables, permissions, part-time jobs, transfer, upfront severance payment management, union-related activities’ permission;- skills analysis and Europe-wide HR projects support;- labor litigation management.
